These terms cover GigiPixel. The public site name is OCS Yazılım. The service generates AI video and still images from content you submit. You can open the app and look through it without an account. Video generation, rewarded-ad credits, and attaching a Google Play purchase to an account require a Google account.
These terms are between you and the developer of GigiPixel.
Google Sign-In is the account method. The server links your device to the Google account identifier. You may use more than one device on the same linked account. Signing out affects the device you sign out. Deleting the account affects every device linked to it.
You may upload photos, videos, and prompts. You must have the rights needed to upload that content and to ask the service to process it. You are responsible for the content you submit.
Do not submit content that you are not allowed to use, and do not request generation of unlawful or harmful content. The service checks prompts, photos, and sampled video frames with OpenAI Moderation and can refuse a generation. Refused output can be placed in quarantine. Refusal of one generation is not an automated account-suspension system. This version of the app does not include a separate automated ban or suspension system.
Output is produced by third-party AI processors, currently Modal and RunPod, depending on the generation you start. We do not guarantee that output will be accurate, complete, of a particular quality, or fit for a purpose. We do not guarantee that a generation will finish. Provider or network failure can stop a job.
These terms do not assign you an exclusive copyright in AI output, and they do not claim that output is free of third-party rights. While a completed output is still available under the retention rules in the Privacy Policy, the app can let you open, save, or share it.
Credits are an in-app unit for requesting generation. They are not cash, they are not a stored-value balance you can withdraw, and the app does not convert them to money.
In the current service, credits can be added when a Google account is linked for the first time, if the server is configured to grant a starting balance; when a rewarded ad is verified; and when a Google Play purchase is verified. The current service does not include a daily free credit. The starting amount, the rewarded-ad amount, and the Play product contents are configuration or store settings. These terms do not fix those amounts.
Rewarded-ad credits require a linked account. A verified ad transaction grants credits once. Sending the same transaction again does not grant credits again.
Google Play purchases require a linked account. The server verifies the purchase token with Google Play. A purchase token that was already credited does not grant credits again.
If a generation charge was made and the job then ends as blocked, cancelled, or a non-recoverable error, or the job fails before it is stored, the service returns that charge once to the same credit balance. The refund amount is taken from the original charge. You cannot choose a different amount.
A completed generation is not refunded. A job held as pending moderation is not refunded by that settlement. A recoverable output error that may still finish is not refunded by that settlement. A second refund for the same job is not applied.
This credit refund is not a cash refund and it is not a Google Play purchase refund. Play purchase refunds are handled by Google Play. Rewarded-ad credits are not reversed by the generation-refund path.
Generation and moderation depend on OpenAI, Modal, RunPod, and Google services for sign-in, Play Billing, and AdMob. Their availability is outside the app. The Privacy Policy describes what is sent to them.
You can delete the linked account from the app. Deletion removes the account link, device credentials, stored uploads and outputs for that account, and active personal job data, as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not promise that every stored record is erased.
Credit history, Google Play purchase records, rewarded-ad transaction records, and a deletion record can be kept, separated from an active account, so the service can prevent fraud and can stop the same purchase or ad transaction from granting credits twice. A later account does not regain deleted media, deleted jobs, or the deleted credit balance.
Use the service only with content you have the rights to process. The service may refuse a generation that fails moderation. These terms do not describe an automated enforcement system that the app does not have.
We may discontinue the service or a generation mode. Discontinuing the service is not a statement that an in-app ban system exists.
These terms do not choose a country, court, or statute.
